What is YOS
Foreign Student Exam (YOS) is an examination organized by universities for foreign students who want to study in higher education institutions in Turkey and its results can use for admission to these universities.
Universities determine special quotas for the students with the status of Foreign Nationals and organize YOS exams in order to make student selection and placement to these quotas.
Exam dates and application requirements of universities start to be announced in January of every year. Students who have completed their applications take the exam on the exam date determined by the universities and choose the department according to the score they have taken from the exam.
